Abby Elliott

Abby Elliott, born June 16, 1987 is an American actor and comedian. She was a Saturday Night Live cast member from 2008 until 2012. Since then she has appeared on the Bravo comedy Odd Mom Out as well as on the NBC sitcom Indebted. She is the daughter actor/comedian Chris Elliott. Elliott was born in New York City as the younger of her two kids. She is the daughter of Paula Niedert a talent coordinator, and actor/comedian Chris Elliott. Her grandfather was a radio comedian Bob Elliott. Her younger sister is actress Bridey Elliott they were both raised in Wilton, Connecticut. She was a student at Immaculate High School Danbury where she performed in musicals and school plays. After graduating Immaculate High School in 2005 she enrolled at Marymount Manhattan College in New York City, but she dropped out of her first semester. Elliott also dated Fred Armisen in the year 2010. The couple broke up in September of 2011. Elliott married television writer Bill Kennedy on September 3 in 2016. Edith Pepper Kennedy is their daughter. Elliott has studied comedy at The Groundlings, and then began performing and training in various sketch comedy shows at Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCB), Los Angeles.
